At Zivaani, customer hygiene, safety, and satisfaction are our priority. Due to the intimate nature of innerwear products, please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
For hygiene and safety reasons, bras, panties, lingerie, shapewear, and intimate wear products are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
However, returns or replacements may be accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Defective item received
- Missing product issue
Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery by sharing proper proof such as photos and unboxing videos.
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags, packaging, and invoice intact. Products showing signs of use, perfume, washing, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.
Once the issue is verified and approved by our team, eligible refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or store credit, depending on the case.
Customized products, discounted items, clearance sale products, and gift items are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the mistake occurred from our side.
Zivaani reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not meet our policy conditions.
